I ordered three and two were changed to all same colors. These are gifts and the girls want different colors please cancel order if you can not change If you can please change I’ll take all purple?????

I ordered a personalised mug. In the picture it appeared to be vibrant picture of a witch and almost 3-d like. What arrived was a super basic mug, definitely not worth the USD 32 + shipping I paid coming up to almost 50. I had wanted it for a 50th bday gift. Not worth it and I am terribly disappointed. I feel any random store would have provided the same mug for a tenth of the price.

I placed my order on Sept 28th. On Oct 2nd, I received a message saying, "Your order is on the way". I sent them a message and they provided a tracking number that has no information. If I don't hear from you in the next 2 days I'll have to open a dispute.

I am still waiting to recieve an e-mail that my order has been shipped. I have sent an email asking for names to be added to my order, but all I see is that one name is Claire. The second name is Donna. Could you verify this for me please.
