Amazing. Just simply, amazing. The necklace and the woman behind it, Elsa. I appreciate you more than you know. So very thoughtful and kind to me. 10/10 would buy again and highly recommend. Thank you so much.

I know that if you’re reading this review your heart has been recently broken. For that reason, i wanted to share my experience. I bought a personalized keepsake necklace (the little rainbow) to hold the ashes of my dog - my baby. I absolutely love the necklace and the entire order process was easy and I received the package on time. I’d also like to add that the communications was great and in my package to my surprise was a little wood stand and cards with inspirational quotes. It was such a nice touch and when you’re grieving it’s these little things and the great service that makes a world of difference.

I’m happy I found Gnight Fetcher, the urns are beautiful and well made. Thank you so much for creating a lovely space to keep my furever friend, and for the kind words in the cards.

I got the gold paw print necklace with the engraving of a beloved pets name for a family member after an unexpected loss. Unfortunately, I submitted the wrong spelling of the name but I reached out to customer service to see if there was any way I could get this sent back and corrected. Customer service was a HUGE help with this issue. They were really understanding of the mishap and reassured me that a new pendant with the correct spelling would be on its way soon. Very quick responses and compassion was demonstrated with my situation and for that I am extremely grateful especially with such a meaningful gift!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I recently purchased a pet urn and accidentally ordered the wrong color. When I reached out for help, their customer service representative was compassionate and quick to assist. They immediately offered to send the color I originally meant to order, and the level of care they showed took me by surprise. Exceptional customer service — I’m deeply grateful.
