When I am ordering multiple items on one purchase order and can be combine in one box but shipping in separate boxes are causing more freight charges when using our account #. That's need to be improve how to pack multiple items in one box or minimize # of boxes it depends of items and quantity order.

I have had to make many calls lately to get assistance; something that has changed recently, and I am not sure why?

I am a purchaser for a wholesaler/distributer. We normally order our electronics overseas just due to the low cost, but if we are ever in need of something we need right away Newark is the best. They almost always have a discount code that reduces our prices by a lot and we are able to pass the lower cost to our customers. They have so many different types of low cost shipping methods and usually ship out same day if ordered early enough.

Website is very user friendly....and if and when I need assistance, reps are very helpful.
