Customer service isnt that great but they finally got back to me and fixed everything , parts came fast

I would like to get more updates via email, for instance when something I order regularly is out of stock, let me know dates when it will be available again, and if it is discontinued show me something similar I can order to replace the item. If availabilty dates change email me me and let me know. I was ordering a particular headphone for a long time from MCM, then they discontinued the item, I had no idea. I went to place a new order and found that I could no longer get my headphones. So, now what? I was left in the dark. Now MCM is gone and I started getting some similar headphones form Newark, but all of a sudden these headphones were on backorder for a long time. I had to scramble to find similar headphones at amazon. I just checked on my backordered headphones at Newark and now instead of August they are backordered until September. There has to be a better way. I need to know if I can't get my headphones because we use headphones for our exhibits. No headphone, no exhibit.
