Newark has provided good service and I usually have very little trouble finding what I need. However, there are a few things that could be improved. I have asked for quotations for items not listed on the Newark website. Initial response was quite fast, asking for an SKU. I already had provided plenty of details including manufacturer's part number. I responded that I did not have an SKU, only the details provided. I never heard back. Also, many items are listed as being shipped from Britain with a $20 surcharge just to get them to Newark's facility in the USA. However, this surcharge usually is not applied to my orders (why I don't know). That's good, but if the surcharge is not going to be applied, why show it in the first place? The above aggravations do not cripple Newark's service, but it could be improved.

I have been purchasing supplies from Newark for probably 25 years or more. I have had very few issues with them throughout the many years. Newark has a very good selection of items with most items in stock. Easy to order online and quick delivery. I would recommend this company.

needed a fuse/other material that are "unique". -Incredibly difficult to obtain. They gave me quite a few options. All were applicable; just not to the specs, I was pleased when we found out that the material that was request was indeed available, and am patiently waiting. They seem to really have a great way of having hard to obtain objects that ACTUALLY WORK! couldn't be happier, i understand these things take time to have in my possession. spoke reps were communicating with me to assure the situation was handled accordingly. all that we could ask for is more time. They actually supply that wiggle room to be comfortable.

Everything is easy to use and find. I have no problems when ordering from Newark!

Great value on Great products when they are available. I like using Newark but they have a lower variety of parts in the USA than many of our other vendors.
