I was promptly billed for the equipment ordered but did not receive until a month later. It was posted that I would receive within a week. Multiple phone calls and emails later, I was told it was back ordered but no other details on delivery were given. It was a very frustrating process. Not upset about the delay. Very disappointed in the communication and the care that was given.

Would be nice to have a tracking number when shipping.
