It is incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone, I left 2-3 messages, still no phone call. I needed to speak to someone about getting the right product, finally able to get through via chat, but they don't know anything about the products. Very frustrating

Who ever is supposed to be sending my scalpel blades box of 100, hasn't been processed yet, been over 2 weeks

Net 32 used to be so great, but all the extra shipping fees and hidden costs have dulled the original advantage found in ordering from this source. It's frustrating when free shipping is offered, but a handling charge or heavy item charge negates the free shipping and greatly reduces the value of the offer.

Product delivered was different from the online description. Generic floss, had a different thickness from previous order. I would have preferred the earlier brand. The product description should have some measure of thickness.

I order a flowable composite and it took 8-10 days to arrive. I sent an email to Net32 costumer service that went unanswered. I have used this service before so i was surprised and disappointed of the lack of communication. I am not sure, if I will use Net32 again. When we order a product, is because we need it asap.

The website was very difficult to use. I wanted to order 2 -2000 packs of the 2 1/2 X 9 sterile pouches but it kept kicking off or saying the product wasn't available. I only ordered 1 - 2000 pack because it would let me do more.

Hi Nancy, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. After reviewing the order, it appears that only a quantity of 1 was available from the vendor at the time the item was selected, which is why only one unit could be ordered. Our team is here to assist with anything you may need, whether it's product support, order concerns, or general questions. Please don't hesitate to reach out if we can be of further assistance. We're committed to providing a positive experience and appreciate the opportunity to help. Best, Net32 Team
