We recently ordered some impregum from net32 and they had what we were looking for at a place called Frontier Dental. However, they sent us the wrong product and when I initiated a return request I realized that there is NO WAY to get hold of these people if you are unsatisfied with anything. I am not even sure if the product we ordered is legitimate or if it is a knockoff because the REF number is not one that 3M even uses apparently. The box looks similar but I'm upset because we have ordered from them many times before but knowing now that I can't be sure if I am going to actually get what I ordered OR that I will be able to get my money back if they send the wrong item, I am saying goodbye to net32. There are too many good companies out there to work with and it's not worth saving a couple of bucks if you have to deal with stuff like this.

I think the labeling on your advertisement was misleading. I thought I was paying for three toothbrushes. When in fact, I was only getting one. I wish you would send me three more toothbrushes and I’d be a lot more satisfied. I just received a reply from customer service and I’m happy to report that they take customer service seriously and are working to ensure that my experience is satisfactory .
