Excellent support always

It was end of the year and all are busy. Wasn't expecting that the Support Team will be very responsive on the urgent issue we reported. All POS are down and CFC is not working. We even thought of reinstalling the whole system at the store. However, the Support was able to fix the issues remotely. The store was able to use the POS during the day. And we have to schedule recovery of the data from Redundancy mode after closing. There are two teams who was very helpful on both issues. And has assisted us until closing time, New year's eve already. Great job to all!
