It’s long time wait and lady representative she told me somebody called me. No body called me back . Very bad service

Service Rep was great and timely.

The Aloha product is clunky, out of date, and not stable. Reboot times of 15 mins minimum are ridiculous. Freezing, KVS issue, and stability make it as good as a paper weight. I would be using another product if I wasn't required by our Franchisor. -Tim J.

The wait time when I called Customer Service was very short. When my call was answered the tech's attention was completely on my issue and only put me on hold to research something to help resolve my problem. 99% of the time (100% on this call) it was resolved while I was on the phone with the tech. Very pleased with Customer Service.

You would get 5 stars if you had a CRM in place for customers to track trouble ticket progress on their own.
