Beautiful house. Impeccable service, and they even came and fixed the hot tub after hours! I’ll be back at this beautiful deepwell mansion soon

Hi, Cameron. We are thrilled you had a fabulous stay at Desert Two and that you enjoyed the service our team provided. We hope to welcome you back to Palm Springs for another relaxing getaway soon. Thank you for choosing Natural Retreats!
If i could leave a 0 review i WOULD! This is one if the worst companies i have ever had the displeasure of staying with. There is currently a category 2 hurricane hotting this weekend and we had my best friends bachelorette planned, however the FL Governor has issued a state of emergency for this county and we asked the host if we could reschedule to a different weekend or refund and they REFUSED to help, adjust or accommodate in ANY way. Avoid them at all cost !!!

Hello Gabrielle, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear that Hurricane Isaias has disrupted your group's bachelorette party. To best support you in this stressful situation, we are issuing your party reservation credits because your rental is in an evacuation zone and local airport closures may affect your ability to travel safely. This decision was made once the storm intensified and evacuation zones were established. We understand that many factors can make travel difficult. We are very transparent in our contract and communication that we have rentals where extreme weather is possible, and that there are cancellation cut-off dates, so all of our guests are fully prepared. We also offer the option to purchase travel insurance through a third-party insurance company at the time of booking. Our team will always go above and beyond where permitted. We look forward to welcoming you and your guests for your future stay, and send our best wishes on the approaching nuptials.
If i could give this 0 stars I would. We are currently undergoing a hurricane this weekend and they will not refund us or reschedule us in a hurricane category 2. My sisters bachelorette is now ruined due to the fact of no refund or rescheduling. A girls flight has been cancelled and it is not safe to drive to. I am truly beyond disappointed with this business.

Everything was perfect. The booking process, the location of the property, the cleanliness. I would highly recommend this place.

We planned a trip to visit Glacier National Park and booked Bitterroot for our stay in Whitefish. There were 6 adults and the house was perfect for us. I highly recommend - I already want to go back!
