The fact that the right battery was shipped based on the pictures provided and received in a timely manner.

I'm still waiting for my ordered screen. I've already changed several things and my bike doesn't work.🙁

The company was very easy to deal with and I loved that they asked for pictures of the bike and serial numbers to verify it was the correct battery BEFORE sending the battery. They were awesome, the battery came quickly and is a perfect replacement!

The battery was not delivered to my house. It went to 41 apple Jack instead of 61 apple Jack I had to go find it. 1 Aug 2025

The controller is ordered got here but it is programmed wrong. Turns on but the speed sensor is not reading correctly and there was no manual with instructions. And you all don't answer the phone
