It doesn’t do anything

Hi Elizabeth, CAPNOS devices are designed to deliver a satisfying sensory experience. As it is an inanimate object, it won't move on its own, so it does require human interaction to get the most value from the experience. I have Capnos Laqura and it's an interesting product. It depends on your mindset and why you want to use it. I combine it with nicotine gum and hit it whenever I'm bored and want a cigarette. It creates a very satisfying sound. Even though I initially expected to do a light direct-to-lung draw and was disappointed that you can only do mouth-to-lung, I still grew to love it. It's designed nicely and practically, but as a designer, I definitely see room for improvement and progress. But still i like it, its good product.

Despite me not liking the product the customer service team provided a great solution I was happy with.

I accidentally bought the mint pods not knowing how to use this product and now am stuck with 4 pods and no e cig to use. They’ve ignored my emails and I’m very upset. Maybe a bad review will get their attention as they suck

It's nothing like smoking a vape. I'm okay with there not being vapor or anything but actually trying to use the device and take in air through it was difficult and odd. It was like a party blower but the other way around.

I had a problem with my order, and they responded right away (on a Friday) and shipped me replacement items. I got the zero, and so far it has been very helpful at satiating the oral fixation, which I find is the hardest part of quitting long term.

For what it actually is, it is very expensive. Flavors are nothing but a scam... No wonder the reviewers turn off the comment section.
