We've gone through a backlog of orders to resolve the delay in shipping - it appears that some orders had items that were out of stock in our warehouse, so we've updated our site accordingly to allow orders to flow through fulfillment on time. We apologize for the delay and look forward to you receiving your devices ordered. We'll keep making improvements to our service quality!

Hi Kimberly, We are sorry to hear that CAPNOS did not work out for you, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to experience issues with the draw and flavors, especially with the delay in getting a response. We have recently seen an increase in ticket volumes, but we know that should not get in the way of giving our customers the support they need. We are glad we are now in touch and working through this with you. We hope we can get things sorted and leave you with a much better experience.

Hey Burney, We created the E-Z and BRE-Z with a lower-pressure draw, which are designed to help achieve the pop with less resistance. It's much easier, which is in the name! Did you know that we also offer free device replacements for situations like this? Reach out to our support team and we'll hook you up. Your satisfaction is important to us, so we'd love to see how we can still deliver a five-star experience if the Zero didn't quite fit your needs.

It looks like we were able to provide you a solution via email already. We'll continue to update our resource guides so you have access to a toolkit to resolve any product issues right away!

Nicky - that's wonderful to hear. Maybe someday we can try to create a water-bubbling sound too with Zeroing. Thanks for spreading the good word about your experience with CAPNOS!
