The app is great to communicate with parents but not inter staff correspondence. It would also me nice to be able to attach documents like a menu or phone book from our excel documents on the computer.

Both brightwheel versions are great! I started with regular and i am now on premium. Premium gives you plenty of more options but even without premium you get the daily activity, and you are able to add photos. The regular non premium allows you to send invoices, even set then up to be sent automatically. The premium allows you to send invoices and take payments with a fee.
