Absolutely false, you were told about the wait period in which you said you cant do, so the policy was cancelled same day. Nothing deceptive at all, have a great day

We're sorry to hear that your enrollment experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide an accurate and professional experience for every customer, and we regret that errors during the enrollment process affected your confidence in us. We understand how frustrating it can be to have corrections made to your account and then experience delays in receiving updated documentation. While adjustments to policy information can sometimes require additional processing time before revised documents are generated and delivered, we recognize that clear communication throughout that process is important. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as they help us improve our training and processes. If there are any outstanding issues with your account or documentation, we encourage you to contact our customer service team so we can ensure everything is accurate and fully resolved.
