I spoke with Logan today and he was amazing! He was incredibly helpful and patient with my questions. He explained everything clearly and made the process much less stressful. Even though I wasn’t able to get the outcome I was hoping for, Logan was so kind and helpful throughout the entire call. Thank you, Logan!

I called in today looking for assistance in enrolling in a health plan. Jaxon was there to guide and assist me with the process start to finish. Grateful for him and all of his help!!

I never realized how easy and accommodating this program was until I had an experience with Jaxon. The application aspect was very simple. But when I had questions I gave the customer service line a call. The automated messaging portion while waiting for a rep to answer was very informative which I appreciated. It answered frequently asked questions and gave me an idea of how to process the payment and when benefits were going to be available. The service rep answered the phone, and was very informative on how to work through the payment going forward. I can’t believe how easy this is! I should’ve signed up sooner.

Jaxon was amazing to work with! He helped me navigate Covered California and get everything set up with Kaiser Permanente. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what had been a confusing and frustrating process feel incredibly simple. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I understood my coverage and options before moving forward. I really appreciated how easy he made the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Jaxon and Health For California Insurance Center to anyone who needs help figuring out health insurance or Covered California. Thank you again for all your help!

Representative Jaxon was very friendly and helpful. He answered my questions and was very patient with me.

Jackson was my rep and I need to send a raving review for his Superior Customer service. Thank you my friend. Ken

I was impressed with the agents. I have worked with that Covered California in particular Chris. He took the time to research the problems I was having and called me back to give me more information. Even made sure I had a email of the documentation I would need to move forward with my medical insurance issue. It appears that Covered California is making an effort to find people in Customer Service, who are intelligent and empathetic and motivated to solve problems my agent Chris will probably move up the chain of command which he deserves however, the other agents I’ve spoken with also appeared to be of the same quality.

I spoke with Steven He was very helpful, fast and friendly. Great attitude!
