I’ve had my Movcan V80 for a few months now , and for the price range it is definitely the best on the market. After I had an issue due to my error, The support team were super helpful and quick to helping me resolve the issue.

Great bike and customer service. Bought my first V60 2 years ago and have had no issues. Just ordered another one with 2 separate batteries. Ordered both for v60 and one was supposed to be for the v60 pro. I reached out and customer service replaced the battery before it shipped and we received the correct ones. Would recommend this bike to anyone looking! Thanks again Movcan!

Mia is apart of the customer service team and she is a really nice person. I had some issues with the spokes on the rear wheel and she gave me the information on how to fix it. She responded to my message very fast I would send the message Friday night and she responded Sunday night. By the way these days they were closed so I was surprised. I thought since the bike was a budget bike the customer service would be terrible but I was wrong. Overall great customer service and I hope the the bikes continue to improve, if they have to increase the price thats okay as long as the bike is improving.

I've owned my Movcan V80 since January 2026. It's been an incredible bike for the price we paid. I did have an issue with the headlight not working in July, so I contacted the company and sent a short video. They wasted no time in sending me a replacement. It arrived within 10 days and was an easy swap. Great customer service communication and quick response.

Hello guys my name is Will I own a movcan V30 super power ebike and I run my small maintenance company off of it! It’s literally saved my life! Only advice I have is let someone who know more about bikes then you it’s important to be trained how to be safe on this electric bike! Love ya!! Show up and show out!!!

On the instructions when I wanted to install the wheels, the packet LITERALLY JUST SAID "INSTALL THE WHEEL".

MOVCAN V30 Pro Max — Broken warranty promises, $130 paid, silence for weeks I bought a MOVCAN V30 Pro Max e-bike. After about 350 miles of normal riding on regular roads (potholes, speed bumps — nothing extreme), more than half the spokes on the rear wheel snapped, mostly on one side. I brought it to a licensed e-bike shop (Florida Ebikes, Sarasota FL) because the wheel was unsafe to ride. Here's what "customer service" looked like from there: June 24–July 2: I sent video of the damage, photos of the motor label, and a full description of how it happened. MOVCAN's rep ("Mia") repeatedly asked for the same documentation multiple times before ever addressing a fix. Warranty deflection: Despite this clearly being a structural/manufacturing failure, MOVCAN refused to replace the wheel or motor under warranty, insisting "the motor itself is not faulty" and offering to just mail me 12 loose spokes for me to install myself — no acknowledgment that this was a warranty issue at all. Pay-to-play "solution": When I pushed back, MOVCAN told me a replacement motor/wheel was only available if I personally paid $130 in shipping from their China warehouse — on a bike still presumably under warranty. July 6: I paid the $130. MOVCAN confirmed the address change and said shipping would take ~15 days. July 16–19: Three weeks past that promise, with zero proactive updates, I had to chase them down. Only after repeated follow-ups did they admit the motor was out of stock — something they never mentioned when they took my money — and that they had no restock date to offer. Today: Still no bike, no wheel, no motor, no timeline. I'm now requesting a full refund for the bike. Throughout this entire process — a month and counting — MOVCAN never once proactively updated me. Every update came only after I emailed asking why I'd heard nothing. I also independently heard from other V30 Pro Max owners experiencing the same spoke failure, which suggests this isn't an isolated defect. Bottom line: If you're considering a MOVCAN e-bike, understand that "warranty" appears to mean the customer pays shipping costs to fix manufacturing defects, and "customer service" means silence until you complain loudly enough. I would not buy from this company again and can't recommend them.

Your original warranty claim involved broken spokes. Bicycle spokes are wear-and-maintenance components that require periodic inspection and tension adjustment, especially on high-powered e-bikes, to ensure safe and reliable performance. As part of our warranty support, we offered to provide replacement spokes free of charge. However, this solution was declined, and you requested a complete motor replacement instead. Although a complete motor replacement was not covered under warranty for this issue, we still worked with you to find an alternative solution. As a goodwill gesture, we offered you a replacement motor for $130, compared to its regular retail price of $329—a discount of approximately 60%. Unfortunately, after your order was placed, the replacement motor became temporarily out of stock due to an unexpected inventory shortage, which resulted in a shipping delay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustration. Throughout the entire process, we remained in communication and never refused to assist. We always worked to provide a fair and affordable solution beyond our warranty obligations. We have already reached out to you by email and offered to arrange a return and provide a full refund as a goodwill gesture, even though more than two months have passed since your order was delivered. We sincerely hope you will give us the opportunity to resolve this matter.
