When my new company, RPM Solutions, sought after sensors to help support our platforms I found Monnit. The hardware is easy to use and integrate. What really sold me was the folks at Monnit. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. On their game ! My partner and I wanted to see first hand and behind the scenes. So we traveled to Monnit to see for ourselves. Our expectations were pleasantly exceeded. As we finalize our business plans I see Monnit playing a large part in our success.

Great product, Great customer service. Every person I've talked to at Monnit was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer fairly technical questions.

I am very impressed with Monnit. Although I only placed a small order with them, their customer service was knowledgeable and helpful when I needed information about what products I needed. The products themselves as well as the free monitoring service have been working flawlessly for many years.

Set-up and programming was very simple. Plug it in, add the sensors id's and passwords and it works.

ORIGINAL 2/2019 - Sensors are great; correspondence as to processes/billing/ordering are lacking... almost to the point that we want to find another company to purchase from. UPDATE 10/2021 - we have stuck with MONNIT and have seen improvement with their correspondence. We appreciate them for listening and improving their processes.

Solution easy to install and quick analysis, very user friendly interface and responsive!

First rate company. Products work very well. Economical costs. Wide range of sensors. Outstanding customer service and support!

The website advertises a 5 day fulfillment period, but has never been less than 3 weeks. One item that was ordered on 1/3 still has not arrived. None of the items are special order and work on the standard systems. Their selection is huge and the prices good. This is why they get 3 stars.
