Did not do its job

This product has proven its dependability. As a Critical Care level transport service in the harsh Wisconsin environment, the Monnit system allows us to rapidly recognize risks to our medications and make immediate adjustments.

My experience from beginning to end with Monnit has been great. Every question was answered, and we were even put in contact with an existing customer to ask how they like the product. My one critique would be that from sending payment to receiving our order, there was a communication blackout. We sent payment and didn't hear anything for weeks, and we emailed our rep and he took a while to respond concerning our order. We would have appreciated "status updates", and ETA's. This is a small complaint, but everything else was a great experience, and we will definitely recommend Monnit to anyone who asks.

We use Monnit Alta Remote Monitoring System for our Fleet Craft and Ships. We've had the system for about a year now and getting ready to expand further with more Gateways and Sensors. We have had zero problems from purchasing to install on their products. They are very reliable and customer service is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We have a wide arrangement of sensors in use and are able to monitor everything 24/7 with the Web based software and phone Apps. There has been several overall improvements to both software and sensors since last year and we have been excited to be a part of the growth of Monnit providing industry solutions through the IoT platform.

I placed an order at the end of January and the only thing I have received are emails asking for a review. No communication and the order status information on the website gives 0 info. I recommend shipping the product before asking for reviews. 2 weeks lead time....fine. 3 weeks and no communication...not ok.

Need multiple communication to get order correctly placed even though full details were provided in the order. Detail contract obligation on subscription plan was not communicated or provided.

Great to know that my fridge and freezer are the correct temperature.
