This system was super easy to install and get up and running. The customer service was first class and the cost of both the equipment and annual monitoring was much less than other systems I looked at. To top it all off the app is a great tool to keep me connected when I'm away from work.

I use Monnit in my residence in the north while I spend the winter in Florida. I can see the temperature around the house at anytime, and I get notices if something needs attention. Easy to set up and easy to use. Great for peace of mind while away from home!

This package has been sitting at fedex for 1 week plus. Fedex tracking: 474441183893

Product (Tarts) doesn't work straight out of the box. Their example programs do not work without many modifications. The product is unsupported. If they had humans to talk to, without going through their forum, that would be a great start. I would consider another try with their product if I could get an actual person that could help me get these sensors to talk via MQTT. I have seen mention in the forum, but no program examples. These products could be very successful if they would allocate a few resources to making some YouTube videos. I am currently using XBee modules(zigbee protocol) and having great success. Plenty of videos with using XBee. Email me if you want to help with creating a program that I can use in NodeRed via MQTT. I have a big budget that I can spend on your products, with the right support. One more thing would be to make them work with Raspberry Pi3. The whole serial/bluetooth/GPIO issue is a pain.

Promised functionalities which where not met and the poorest customer-service I have ever experienced. All in all a very poor experience

Monnit has a great product. They are very knowledgeable but support can be hard to get quickly. Very reasonably priced and have many different sensors.
