Our installers receive training from our LifeSafer employees in each region, making sure that they have the tools and knowledge they need to expertly install and monitor your ignition interlock. I had this machine for 3 years probably had the unit replaced 15 or more times the unit will not work in cool weather and failed randomly once which cost me 400 dollars and a day of work to go to the dmv head office to explain that it was the technology that failed not me drinking. And EVERY single person I've ever talked to (except today) has been as rude and unhelpful as can be along with being kept on hold for 20 mins at least.

Andy Fishman, at the Durham location is by far the best tech I've ever had. Always have a great conversation and fast service with him. Very humble down to earth guy who is passionate about what he does. Worth the drive to visit him every time rather than going to the closest location to my home.
