Jair was top notch unlike the other customer service agents I've dealt with the past 2 weeks. If I could rank Monitechs customer service as a whole I would give it a very negative review. Jair however deserves a raise and a pat on the back because he at least acted like he cared about me being without a car for 2 weeks due to the incompetence of your customer service department.
