I placed an order on November 10th for a custom neon design for my son for Christmas. Finally on December 4th, I got a design that I was to have approved which did not have near the neon they show on the representations of what you would be getting. I asked that it be reworked or for a refund. I have had nothing but false promises and automated answers to my emails. Unfortunately, it looks like I won't have the gift I had planned on and I will have to work with the credit card company for my money back. Turbomodello does not have a phone number that you could call for help, just email.

We ordered 2 for my son for Christmas. We ordered the beginning of Dec and they came in 2 weeks. We were pleasantly surprised at how fantastic they are. Well made and as advertised. We were missing one wall plug and they answered and sent a new one right away. I have recommended this company to friends and my daughter wants one now!

I ordered a car metal wall art at the beginning of December. A few days later, I received an email informing me that delivery might be delayed due to a high volume of orders. After I asked in mid-December, I quickly received an answer that my order would be dispatched in the next few days. Due to the holidays, my package arrived at the end of December. The product is great and as described, the communication is also very good. I can recommend modelloturbo, but keep in mind that dispatching and shipping may take a little longer.
