Mini Throw BallsReviews of minithrowballs.com

I was disappointed with the finished product. I ordered red footballs and received at least 1/2 of them that were more of a brownish red and the others were a brighter red. They were distinctly two different colors and were ordered all at one time. I needed them all to be bright red as ordered. They did arrive on time which was much appreciated. I'm not sure if I will order from this company again only because I can't be sure to get the entire order as the same color.

.I was very happy with the footballs, they arrived on time. but my rally flags didn't come with and when I went to see why, they have no tracking #. Could someone up date me on the status of them please.. vicki 253-590-9084

Product is great! Shipped to wrong address still waiting on my order. It was the shippers s mistake.

Originally ordered red/orange imprint on blue footballs. After placing the order I received an email saying they can't do it and they changed it to white imprint. Unfortunately, I was on a deadline so I went ahead with order even though it was not what I originally had ordered. If I would have known I couldn't have the color combo I requested I would not have placed the order. To there credit, customer service was prompt and courteous.

footballs were a little smaller than expected. We had hoped to have red and blue ink but machine was not operating properly. Box was crushed when delivered but footballs were not damaged, but overall pleased with customer service and product.

I was really pleased with their customer service. The balls I ordered were exactly what I asked for. I even received my order early

I am very pleased with the bats. However, when I messed up the quantity, and needed more. I placed a second order, did not receive the quantity pricing, & had to pay 2 shipping charges. Even though they shipped the same time. Was contacted by email verifying the second order. Would have thought the shipping could have be combined in one box.

We haven't received our order yet, so it's hard to say if the footballs are what we expected and paid for. It was four days before I was emailed a proof. It was emailed on a Friday afternoon at work. The office was closed and I did not respond until Monday morning. Three weeks just seems too long between ordering/purchasing and recieving the product. There is definitely room for improvement.
