Not happy with turn around time that I paid extra money for. Emailed to ask and got some what rude responce. Still don't know when product is coming.

Mike you ordered on 10/2 and your product is delivering on 10/9 which is what you had for a delivery date on the order. This is only 5 working days from the time you ordered and delivery including transit time.
The product arrived 2 days it was supposed to. I ordered these balls for a give away at a sales meeting. They did not arrive until after the meeting was over. Now I have 55 balls sitting in my office. I would not have orderd them if the company did not assure me they would arrive on time. Very dissapointing. I would like a refund.

Sorry we just shipped to address given to us on your order.
We ordered pizza cutters to celebrate our first year for our restaurant. When we received the cutters the printing was so small that you can barely read it. The proof did not read like that and all they did was give us a small refund. I'm embarrassed to give these out to our patrons. So now it's so late that we cannot reorder from another company and we are out a ton of money!!!!

Jennifer I am sorry you are unhappy with the Qty 150 Pizza Cutters. We did send an actual size art proof to show you actual size of the imprint on the item.
