I ended up cancelling my order because there was a $50 first time order fee. You shouldn't have to pay extra money as a first time customer. I was going to order some footballs as wedding favors but after that I changed my mind.

We are sorry. We did offer a discount code which you took advantage of to offset this cost.
Customer service was great. Very user friendly website. Responsive design team. However, when we received the product we were very disappointing in the quality.

Although the staff at Mini Throw Balls was courteous, the logo on our school Christmas ornament was so small that it was illegible. The students, families and staff were disappointed with the poor quality, and we were left with nearly two cases unsold after Christmas. We have nearly 280 families. When we brought the complaint to Mini Throw Balls, they did credit us for half of the cost, since we cut our price in half. We really appreciated the break in cost, however, we still lost money in the end.

I ordered the autograph football with a custom logo (one color) printed on them. The logo on the balls isn't consistent on every ball and some have poor quality. I also did the rushed production and paid extra for the express shipping. The company produced the product quickly and got it shipped as they stated they would. When I placed my order, they emailed a confirmation with all my order and shipping information. My address was incorrect on the form and I immediately emailed them with the correction and they responded with a corrected order form, but they didn't update it with UPS and my package was not delivered on time. It was difficult to work with the shipping company to get them to update the information and this caused me to get the package 5 days late.

I was not happy with my experience. The artwork proof took took over a week after I was told it would be ready in 24-48 hours. The image looked good after it was ready. I wanted to add to my order and I am still waiting to see if that happened. The follow thru in this company is lacking.

thought I was getting a better product than a plastic ball.

Paulette we are sorry you were not happy. The plastic ball which you chose is one of our least expensive promotional balls which many organizations use to toss into the crowd at a football game or a give away promo. Most of our customers feel as if the quality is good however if you wanted a higher quality ball such as a foam nerf ball or vinyl football we have many more items to fit your needs. I placed an order for stadium cushions and blankets in November. We did a presale on these items and many of our customers purchased these items as Christmas gifts. We received the seat cushions before Christmas break, but have yet to receive our stadium blankets. I've been in contact with this company and they say their supplier is out and it would be mid-February before we would receive them. Mid-February is almost here and they still don't have these in stock. So far, it hasn't been a huge issue, but my customers are starting to get extremely impatient (they've already paid for an item they've yet to receive). The shipping costs on these items are also extremely ridiculous. Over $200 and the cushions weigh NOTHING.

The stadium cushions are very costly to ship to the bulky nature of this product. UPS and Fed Ex figures the size of the package which puts this product into dimensional weight. The stadium blankets are on back order which are expected to arrive Mid-Late February. As soon as we receive shipment they will be printed and shipped out.
