Ordering and receiving the voucher were seamless. The only glitch came when the provider (or their billing agent) didn’t seem the know how to process it. This prompted me to contact MDSave for help. There I was assisted promptly by Aimee who provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. She was exceptionally kind and efficient in resolving the problem. Kudos to MDSave!

I thought the MDSave website was a bit tricky to understand. Luckily, the hospital staff helping me over the phone, was able to talk me through the process.
