Overall great product, it needs some tweeking. As a patient who knows what is being drawn for blood work? Make the hospital or clinic offer your service right when the patient checks in, give them the option. I didn’t know that I had to sign up for MD Save prior to coming in, let alone what types of tests would be done. It seems not user friendly. If you have used it before then your in the know.
