Hi Stacy, First, I’d like to express how truly sorry my team is that this happened. We're disappointed that our communication with you left much to be desired. While we have been diligently working behind the scenes with the lab company that has been sending you bills, we failed to communicate those efforts to you and keep you updated on the situation. We’re still working on getting a settlement for you (and the other patients who have been incorrectly billed by this lab), but we recognize how frustrating it was for you to not know what was going on and why you were being billed for anything. The bill was issued in error, and recognizing that you have already paid it, we will be issuing you a full refund — for the incorrect bill and your original purchase amount. Additionally, we are working on implementing several process improvements to our internal communications workflow to ensure this doesn’t happen again — to you or any other patients. We always aim to deliver exceptional customer service, and I am gutted that we weren’t able to live up to these expectations for you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we commit to doing everything we can to do better next time. My team would love another chance to earn your business once we've made this right.
