It was quick and easy

MDSave was an easy to use online website and the savings is amazing!

The experience with MD Save proper was good; the hesitation that I have with giving more stars was the seeming lack of knowledge that the major hospital system had of how the MD Save process worked. More knowledge available to the consumer in the form of documentation that could be shared with a hospital would be a useful addition.

UPDATE 04/15/22: Joanne at MDSave reached out to me and contacted the hospital and resolved the billing issue. I have updated my review to 4/5 stars, her service was a 5, and her prompt communication after my review was great. The reason for the removal of one star is that a bad review got me prompt service but what if I had not reviewed. I would have been stuck just dealing with this on my own. There should be a check in several weeks after service (auto email) that follows up to ensure customers aren't getting billed like I did. Otherwise everything has been resolved to my satisfaction. MDSave was supposed to have an xray, flat fee, no radiologist reading fee after for the $83.00 I paid. INSTEAD, I received a radiology bill from the hospital for another $81 dollars for the radiology reading!! Now I have to go fight with the hospital to try and get this removed, waisting my time and possibly $81 extra dollars of my money, not to mention the headache of dealing with medical billing departments. I could have just bought an xray with radiologist reading for $120 total had I known I could be screwed out of $40 dollars more on top of that by using MDsave. Won't be using again.

I'm glad I had an option and the money to continue with my procedure. Thanks to MDsave
