Cost savings was a large part of making my decision to use MD save. The ease at which I was able to obtain the coupon made it very convenient. However the best experience I had was with the customer service. The facility I used the coupon at sent me a bill. I called MD save and explained what had happened. MD save contacted the facility and corrected this situation. Customer service stayed in contact with me and handled this quickly.

Wish this was more commonly known. I've put off tests because of the outrageous bills I've received for lab tests billed through insurance. This service, MDSave, has been very helpful.
