This has been a very easy experience for me. At first it looked like we weren't going to be able to use MDsave, but Sue worked diligently to get it all worked out for us. She's called to check on me, gave me advice on how to handle the procedure with the hospital easier, and I'm confident that it's all going to work out really well. Wonderful customer service. I feel like now I can focus on healing/getting better and not have to worry about the insurance, billing, etc. I'd give you 10 stars if I could.
