When I called they were patient and very informative. If I asked a question she answered it even if it seemed to be a stupid one. She didn't make me feel stupid or dum for the question. She knew what I was trying to ask about and gave the information. Thank you and keep that kind of service up. That is exactly the kind of service that is appreciated.

Seeing as how I support socialized medicine and not a system that capitalizes on the pain and suffering of humans, I can’t give this service 5 stars. However, in the screwed up healthcare system we have, they did save me some money. Before you argue that “you’ll have to wait weeks for and mri in a socialized system”, realize that I waited two weeks for this one and still paid for the whole thing out of pocket because insurance was more concerned with profit than helping humans. But overall, I guess this was the best of two evils.

They are very nice to me

The customer service is excellent! Called to get clarification on bill and the issue was resolved by the time I ended the call.

It was simple and very affordable.
