Very user friendly. The experience of the new app made my appointment transaction feel more organized than fumbling awkwardly with my wallet right after an appointment, before. I was able to concentrate on my appointment date, I feel like the doctor could, as well, knowing our transactional work has already been done. As a socially awkward person, I appreciate this organizing medical app. Especially, the option for directions to the new provider, as I am new in town.

I would like it to be a little cheaper .I pay my bills but still getting bills in from the doctor ..It was great on some things But others not The girls were very understanding and helpful .
