MDSave was simple to navigate. I had a question, so I called and was able to get my question answered. By using this, it saved us a bunch of money for a CT scan. Our only complaint so far, is there are not very many local to us facilities etc. that I was able to find for our area. But our first use was a success. Thank you MDSave.

Convenient website that was easy to use, one reasonable payment for service. Not several bills from different providers. Also much less expensive than my deductible.

It was a blessing to be able to afford the tests I needed. Without MDsave I would not have been able to get the care I needed

I need an MRI of my shoulder ASAP because of a rotator cuff injury. My insurance messed my account and changed me to another county without asking me. By the time I requested they change it back it will be another min of 30 days. In the meantime, all drs and orthopedists in my insurance refuse to see me. My friend who is a doctor told me that I need to take care of this right away. I was able to get an order for an MRI, scheduled it and paid MD Save. Now, they called me one business day before the appointment to tell me "they have to cancel it and refund my money because the provider is not in their network". How can this be? Dont they have to honor what they offer once you pay for it? I am very upset.
