I paid out of pocket using a cpt code. I was given a voucher after the procedure. The hospital tried convincing me I needed 2 procedures and wanted to charge me double the price. So, I'm not sure what this is or how it effects me.

This was the quickest X-Ray I have EVER had done in my life. I am 46 so I have had a few. I am SO thankful I had this experience and will request to have all things done at this place. Great Treatment and Wonderful Employees!!!
