i had a problem with one of the labs taking the payment from MD Save. The person I talked to at MD Save said she was going to reach out to the lab and let me know what happened. She said it would take a few weeks, which it did, but she let me know when it was resolved.

Either you dropped the ball or the staff at the hospital did; getting me set up with the voucher once I got there was almost impossible. I very nearly left and told them to shove it. Granted, BMH is staffed by the most incompetent people on the planet, but even a monkey should have been able to match the voucher to the patient.

The staff was great! The facilities were fabulous. The procedure went smooth. The price was decent.
