it was a convenient way to feel a little better, by talking to a medical professional and getting help with cold/flu symptoms.

This is the second time, I've used MDLIVE. First time wasn't very sure, I would use again. I got up sick and felt like I would try one more time. The first time I called, if the doctor had given me antibiotics, I wouldn't have been still sick a week later. This time the doctor called in 5 meds. I'm feeling better.
