EXTREMELY disappointed in this service!! I have already been diagnosed with depression and anxiety by my PCP for years, I was simply needing a prescription refill for my anti-depressant and not only was I charged and then my appointment cancelled, they will only refill the prescription if I pay to see one of their psychiatrists with a $250 copay. What a waste. Back to my hour drive to see my PCP.

The last couple of times I have called, the Dr. has been difficult to understand, obviously foreign which is fine but should be able to speak clear English. The attitude was professional but not necessarily compassionate and did not make any suggestions of what could be done to ease pain and discomfort until we could get to see a live physician. Dr. seemed to want to hurry up with the call. Other times I have called, the Dr. has been wonderful. Very easy to understand and extremely compassionate.

dr was so kind and IMMEDIATELY provided prescriptions i needed....i was so so sick..and i will use MD LIVE again..but i hope i wont have to..

I was nervous to use MDLIVE but was quickly at ease once I connected to the doctor. He was very kind & understanding. He listened to me & quickly prescribe meds. I will use MDLIVE from now on!! So much easier than waiting in an office full of other patients.

Very convenient and quick. Got in to speak to a dr. in no time and was prescribed a prescription for my symptoms.

I needed a refill of Blood Pressure medications and working 10AM to 6PM does not leave much time for family life; cooking; cleaning and getting everything done; let alone finding a Physician close enough to home to get there get in from waiting and getting a refill of needed medications. I found Live MD; got the refills I needed to keep my health in check and still make work and get some things done in home before going to work. Love that they were easily available via phone and able to accommodate my needed refills in 15mins time. Thank you Live MD for being there when I needed you most!!!!
