The doctor that called my husband did not speak English very well and would not listen we ended up going to our regular doctor the next day He had a bad sinus infection

Dismissive and inconsistent. Not much more to say. Worth the attempt—for the off chance they’ll do something for you; however, chances are you’ll end up at your doctor. Even “easy” American healthcare is frustrating.

I thought everything was great for doing it for the first time. Just wish i had week longer of steriods

The Dr called within 30 minutes and was very helpful. Prescribed antibiotics that worked on my sinus infection.

Very easy to upload a pic of my son's rash, and then hang out at home waiting for a call back. Doc was great, friendly, and quick. Prescription was called in and we continued on with our day!

I knew that I had the flu because it was going through my school where I work. I had all the symptoms and felt too sick to leave the house. MDLIVE helped me be seen by a doctor and get the tamiflu that I needed without the hassle of going out. She was kind and listened to all of my concerns.
