McGee & Co. was created in a spare bedroom with lots of big ideas and no room for fabric samples. After many late nights of brainstorming and collaboration, husband and wife team, Syd and Shea McGee decided to take what was a small business for a stay-at-home mom and turn it into something much more.

I love the mcgee and co people. Always friendly and helpful. Also, I wish I had more money to buy everything Shea brings to the site. 🤣

Hi Rebecca. We are so sorry to hear this! We are looking into this ASAP to fix the issue.
First of all when I initially placed my order in November I was under the assumption it was then submitted to the manufacturer. However, I received a notification in February that my order was never submitted to the manufacturer when I placed my initial order in November. Second issue I encountered was with my shipping notification. I received an email my order shipped but the link to the tracking information did not work. After reaching out to support and getting a working link I finally was able to see that it was in transit to the distributor. Third issue I encountered was with the third party used for delivery. They only gave me two days to choose from for scheduling delivery and the first day I tried to pick would not let me schedule. I had to pick the secondary day instead which does not work for my husbands and I schedule. These were our only 2 options. I have been extremely disappointed in the experience so far. The McGee and co brand has beautiful and unique pieces but honestly not worth the aggravation if this is how the experience is going to be any time you order.

Hi Taylor! Thank you so much for providing your feedback. I am so incredibly sorry that your experiences with us have not been amazing. We are continually working on ways to improve the shipping and delivery experience for our customers. We are sorry to hear you did not receive the correct tracking information and that the carrier could only provide 2 dates for delivery. We have sent your feedback to the appropriate teams for review!
I love everything that I have purchased from McGee & Co. I recently moved to a new home in a new state and instantly looked for things from McGee to make it feel warm and inviting.

Hi Cheri! Thank you so much for the kind feedback and for continuing to shop with us! We are so happy to hear we have helped to make life beautiful for you. <3 We so appreciate your support!
The great part is how quickly the order arrived. A HUGE improvement from other recent orders. And the ginger jar was not damaged apron arrival. The only slight disappointment is the actual color of the ginger jar. It appears much darker in print and on line. My particular one is white, not even cream. I am trying to lean warmer since I always purchase cream/white! I still like it and will enjoy using it.
