McGee & Co. was created in a spare bedroom with lots of big ideas and no room for fabric samples. After many late nights of brainstorming and collaboration, husband and wife team, Syd and Shea McGee decided to take what was a small business for a stay-at-home mom and turn it into something much more.

A Company With Heart

I’ve purchased from McGee & Co. for years, and recently I had an order with an issue that needed attention. What stood out to me most was not the problem itself, but the way the company chose to show up once I reached someone who could help. I received a personal message from Syd McGee, the CEO, and it was genuinely meaningful. In a time when many CEOs rely on polished statements or excuses, Syd was the opposite, honest, transparent, human, and most importantly, he showed heart. His response wasn’t corporate or scripted; it reflected real care for his customers and real pride in the brand he leads. From there, the team handled things with sincerity and intention, ensuring the situation was resolved and that we felt supported. Our sofa arrived and is beautiful, and the final outcome truly reflects the quality and warmth that McGee & Co. is known for. It’s easy to praise a brand when everything goes perfectly, but the real measure of a company is how they respond when something doesn’t. McGee & Co. responded with integrity, kindness, and genuine dedication. I’m grateful for the time and care their team and their CEO extended, especially during a busy holiday season. This experience reaffirmed my trust in McGee & Co., and I’m glad to share a positive review that reflects the heart behind their name

Restored My Faith in Customer Service
After following the care instructions on a rug I purchased, I ran into some issues. I reached out to McGee & Co., and their customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They not only addressed my concerns quickly but also offered me full store credit for the rug. This level of customer service has truly restored my faith in the company, and I will continue to shop with confidence. Their willingness to help has made a loyal customer out of me!
