Found the product I needed for a new construction Gardner's bath at mainfaucet.com. The plumber had questions about assembly--thought parts missing. One call to mainfaucet.com's customer service resolved the issue--no parts missing, complete documentation available in PDF for downloads (packing listing of parts, step-by-step illustrated instructions, etc.) AND toll-free number to DreamLiner if tech support needed. I believe even MY plumber should be able to get it installed with all this help! (Wish my plumber was as user friendly as the support staff at mainfaucet.com)!

We are in the process of building a new house with custom built kitchen cabinets. Ordered the farm sink at lunch time via telephone and it was delivered to our cabinet maker by COB the next day. What outstanding service! The sales person was easy to talk to and great to deal with. The sink was packed very well and delivered without any damage. Very nicely done! We will likely be ordering other kitchen and bath hardware from Main Faucet. Thank you very much for all your help.

I ordered glass doors from MainFaucets and received them in record time just as they promised. The funny thing is i ordered these doors from a local home improvement store and the price was $200 + more and I had to pay for them to ship to my home...Not the case with Main Faucets!! their bottom line price included shipping and handling and delivery was to my front door.
