Main FaucetReviews of mainfaucet.com

I had no problem finding exactly what I wanted. In this case a SS double sink. We it arrived I was surprised how nice it looked. I also purchased an oil rubbed bronze faucet that looks great. It took a little longer than I was expecting. 7 days instead of 5 but I wasn't in a hurry so no problem. All in all I would use mainFaucet again.

Order processed on time and delivery was just as timely. Sink has not been installed as we are waiting for cabinets. Good prices and service.

There are lot's of this style on the market. Prices vary wildly. I must admit, I bought this after a mind-numbing search and comparison. Reviews and price were right so I bought it. It looks great and works fine. Be careful about the glass corners. You can crack your dome if you don't pay attention. I put a couple slit clear tubing sections around those corners to ease the blow. Just be careful. The flue cover accommodates different ceiling heights, but it didn't accommodate mine. I will have to trim out the top 3" with a painted cove since neither cover fit the space. I could not stretch the base cover to 21". Oh well, nothing is perfect. Could have been the same with the "brand name" which cost twice as much and with the same specs. The LED lights are nice. Can't tell you how well the filter system works. Haven't fried any chicken yet.

Ordered a vanity which shipped freight. Very nice looking, good quality unit. It shipped in a reasonable timeframe and was very well packaged. Upon unpacking, we found the stone backsplash broken. The customer service agents at Main Faucet, while a little slow in resolving the issue, weren't able to find a replacement, but were able to satisfactorily reimburse me for the broken piece.

We ordered a shower kit. My husband removed an old bathtub and is installing a corner shower. We didn't realize that there were two shower kits that were alike except one doesn't have the side walls. We wanted side walls but didn't realize we ordered the wrong one. I think that needs to be highlighted more for people like us who are not professional carpenters. So they had to special order the walls for us and that took longer than we had expected. But we were thankful they were willing to do that since it was our fault that we ordered the wrong one. The instructions were very clear - it is a big job but so far so good! We love the look of the new shower with the round sliding door and can't wait to see the finished product in our guest bathroom!

They had consistent low prices and were helpful in working through a manufacturer's back order situation.

This item was left in the rear of my lot leaning against a garage door. I was told by a visitor it was there and I was able to get it inside right before storm hit. There was a noticeable hole in outer box where a forklift had speared it. Luckily no damage due to well packaged product by shipper! Product quality was great.

I bought frameless show doors. The service was great, product came quickly and undamaged. I called Support to ask if they could recommend an installer for the doors. It would be a fantastic service if the could also recommend service providers and installers for customers who buy their products.
