Bought a chair from them. I had some questions and customer service was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone. The chair came as promised, and price could not have been better, I will definitely be ordering next time again

I ordered a Steelcase Leap V2 chair. The chair had some issues, but customer service promptly addressed them and sent a replacement chair.

Madison Seating has great quality chairs at a great price. We did receive a defective chair in our bulk order. Their customer service was quick to answer my questions and will be shipping a new one out to replace the broken one at no additional cost to us. We will definitely use them again in the future for our office needs.

They sent me a broken used chair and refused to send replacement parts. The customer service was very rude and disrespectful. I never write reviews, but I'm only doing this to warn others to please stay away from this company unless you want to be scammed. You've been warned.

Don’t buy anything from this company. The products are refurbished with low quality materials and selling as open box. Example: if the office chair originally comes with leather you will get the fake leather the paint jobs are really bad.

They sent me a broken chair. Refused to assist me in anyway, refused to send a replacement cushion, refused to honor their warranty, refused to even talk to me since its past the 30 day return window. I'm shocked to have spent so much money on absolutely nothing and how easy it is for a company to SCAM you and get away with it.

Update- chair was fully refunded. Still no contact with human. Clearly customer service is now left up to AI. Chair arrived broken - makes loud noise and will not stay raised. Had to send company a video of the issue at which point they wanted a picture of the chair in the box. I sent the picture and asked a follow-up question. They never answered the question and said to put the chair in the box (it was in the box for return). Found out today that the return department refuses to speak to people on the phone AND you have to pay shipping and return fee even when chair has defect. And it is a 30 day window. I'm wondering if the delay in service is their way of dragging it out so that they don't have to take the chair back.

Buyer Beware! Bought a "new" Steelcase chair that broke immediately and had to fight with customer service for over a month. 1st, they offered to refund 50% and I could keep the broken chair. 2nd, they would send a replacement, but only after I sent them proof of a good review on this website. If you see a good review for this company, it’s likely because they blackmailed the reviewer and would not replace a faulty product without it. 3rd, they would only issue me a refund if I mailed back the broken chair. I had already gotten rid of the box and had to spend $50 to get a box big enough. Once I finally had the broken chair packaged for shipping they said don't bother and issued a refund. Eventually contacted Steelcase directly, but they list Madison as a "Gray Market" seller and will not honor any warranties for products they sell. Absolutely terrible experience. Buy from Steelcase directly to get a real product.
