Selling refurbished chairs, if you don't like the chair you have to send it back at your own cost. You won't get the full refund as well. I paid 150$ for shipping and they deducted 50$ wouldn't recommend buying from them.

DO NOT BUY THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. One of the worst customer services possible. They will ship your product damaged and will do absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. Fraudulent product descriptions that are supposed to be new items which are 10 years old. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

I ordered a great Herman Miller chair from Madison Seating. It arrived but there was an issue. The team quickly helped me find a resolution. Very satisfied with the customer service and the product.

I ordered three chairs ( Steelcase and Herman Miller) for my office The chairs were all received timely and were in great condition One however was damaged in transit. I reached out to the company via email and they responded within 24 hours even though they were closed for a holiday. Madison seating is sending out replacement chair. I feel that I am getting quality chairs at a bargain price ( with a little patience).

They asked me to take another item than what I ordered. Agreed to change (was in color of seat). What I received did not have a standard feature, hydraulics are leaky so chair drops on occassion Back tilt does not work They refuse to provide return They don't answer their phones They are a scam

Had a problem with a Herman Miller desk chair I ordered. They replaced it with no hassle, as promised.

Madisonseating's customer service and delivery were great and accommodating during my order experience. My chair arrived a full week earlier than expected. When the chair arrived, it had been slightly damaged during the shipping process. Madisonseating address my concerns immediately, apologized for the inconvenience and provided not one, but more than several options to adequately address the issue. This is how customer service is suppose to work. I'd definitely look to do business with them again when another need arises.

Selling old used products pretending to be open boxes. For their lack of packaging, they put the damage during delivery to the consumer's responsibility and told the consumer to pay for the return shipping. I emailed their customer service team repeatedly, and they said, verbatim," We are not a shipping company," as to why the buyer was responsible for the shipping of a defective product.
