DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I AM SO UPSET THAT IT DID NOT CHECK TRUSTPILOT FIRST. DESPITE USING THEIR DETAILED ONLINE TOOL FOR SIZING. THE DRESS I RECEIVED IS AT LEAST 2 SIZES TOO BIG. I AM IN THE UK AND I AM BEING CHARGED 50USD TO RETURN BECAUSE THEIR SIZE GUIDE IS WRONG. WHY IS THAT MY FAULT. DRESS IS ALSO CHEAP AND NASTY AND NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE.IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. MY ORDER NO 468140 IF YOU ARE INTERESTED MAC DUGGAL. REACH OUT TO ME. I SEE YOU PUT COMMENTS ON HERE. I bought the most gorgeous dress from Mac Duggal to wear as Mother of the Groom. It is exactly as pictured, beautifully made with delicate beading. Using their sizing I was a size 10 (usually an Australian 14) and it fits me perfectly. I'm 158cm and with heels on the floor length dress is the perfect length. Shipping was incredibly fast, only 4 days from USA to Australia. I was worried about purchasing from Mac Duggal due to negative reviews on this site, but I could not find a prettier dress anywhere so decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. Dress is divine, delivery super fast. I would highly recommend buying a dress from these guys.

Bought a Mac Duggal dress directly from their website. Saw it offered at Bloomingdale’s for $170 less the day I received it. Sent an email the day I received the dress requesting a refund for the difference. They would not honor Bloomingdale’s price and issue a price adjustment, but said I could return the dress and buy from Bloomingdale’s. After reading the reviews, I am afraid if I return it, I wont get my money back. Don’t buy from the Mac Duggal website, they had a virtual assistant that denied my return. Buy from a reputable retailer that respects the customer. From the reviews I’ve read this company doesn’t care about their customers. Shockingly bad service for how much I paid for the dress. Very disappointed in this so called “luxury brand”. Will tell everyone I know about the bad experience.

What a scam, the return policy is outrageus, they will charge You 50$ for DHL Express and the product was Made in China for sure, from now on I will call you,,Temu Mac Duggal"...

For those who import this dress overseas. Do not get scam since they took over 50USD just for shipping back even do not asking if I had any opportunities to ship it back by myself which is beyond stupid but anyway the price value issue is a total disaster. These are just beautiful pictures and nothing more. 100% cheap Chinese quilty…

From such a luxury brand and for such a price I would really expect better packaging and better quality dresses. The dress fits me, but there are a lot of threads sticking out, that's why I give three stars, because the product itself is not that bad, it's quite expensive, but it's up to everyone's discretion if they decide to give 4000NOK for 100% polyester. Anyway, the packaging was horrible! The box was almost falling apart, it was taped over with carrier tape, which means it must have already fallen apart during shipping and that's really a shame in my opinion. And the clothes were just thrown in it, wrapped with plastic wrap, but otherwise nothing. When you pay that much money for one dress, you expect a certain level of packaging and this was a real disappointment when unpacking. I was looking forward to unwrapping the dress and this completely ruined the experience.

Dress did not resemble the photograph on website at all. The zip was stuck and the material had pulls and sequins missing. I was not paying over £500 for this. Absolutely disgusted that they deducted the return shipping cost from me, when the dress was faulty. Dreadful experience never again.
