So far it's been a positive experience. Delivery is fast, I can not comment on the product working as I haven't been using it long enough.

The Luxe Hair Growth serum was used for 3 months as directed. It worked well, however there is an issue with the bottle/dropper. The dropper is not long enough to reach the bottom of the bottle. As the level of the serum in the bottle decreases, so does the amount of serum in the dropper. There is no line on the dropper for the prescribed amount of serum. The serum drawn is variable - 2-3 partial dropper amounts to make one full near the end, then unable to get all serum out of the bottle.
