It would have been five stars except that I got the order after two weeks. The fault is not with them, Fedex was not able to deliver due to flooding in Houston. At least that's the reason Fedex gave us.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered - all the way up to the managers. They straight up rob you, lie, and are rude on top of that. DO NOT USE THEM. And this is from someone that never writes online reviews - that's how bad they are

Le 1er décembre 2015 j'ai commandé un sac Superdry, j'ai reçu 3 semaines plus tard un sac ( même pas référencé sur leur site ). Depuis 3 mois j'attends la livraison de ma commande en plus ils sont classés en contre -façon. Site marchand à éviter. Depuis une semaine leur adresse mail est supprimée. Impossible de les contacter. Aucune condition sur les retours et échanges.

I bought a Rimowa luggage and I received the same day a tracking information by UPS. Luggage came in perfect condition. I will definitely buy from them again!
